ABILE is a combination of ABLE and AGILE and means skillful and clever in Italian; it also rhymes with “smile.”

We play hard
Team building is an integral part of Abile’s culture. With most of our employees working on customer sites, regular team building events help the team stay connected and promote camaraderie. Abile has sponsored quarterly team building events, such as ax throwing, golfing, and escape room challenges. We organize monthly happy hours that are widely attended by staff driving in from different locations.
We truly care
Abile Group cares for the community and has an established Community Service Outreach Program that includes quarterly volunteering events, donation campaigns, and company-wide supply drives. Our corporate goal is to donate 5% of profits to charity. Abile has a standing donation matching program, where we donate to charities selected by our employees. These charities include national charities, local shelters, and youth sports teams. Abile sponsors two corporate scholarships – one for Anne Arundel Community College and one for George Mason University Volgenau School of Engineering. These scholarships are awarded to students in need who are pursuing their degree in Cybersecurity or Engineering.
